Our client are a leading financial services organisation based in the heart of London and are currently seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join their high-performing Technology Domain. This person will be responsible for all business-process related matters and provide guidance to teams across the organisation. They will map complex processes and identify areas for improvement to lead the end-to-end business process analysis.
About You:
- Certifications in Six Sigma or Lean
- Experience in similar roles leading Business Process and Business Analysis throughout career history
- Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Data analysis experience to identify areas for improvement
