InterQuest are currently supporting a financial services firm in Essex who are looking for a talented Enterprise Risk Assurance Manager. This will be a crucial role in the business where you will be responsible for ensuring their non-financial risk framework is robust and implementing controls across the firm using your expertise.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead independent risk assessments across operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic domains.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management frameworks and controls.
- Partner with business units to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide insightful reporting and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay abreast of evolving financial regulations and industry best practices.
The right candidate will have:
- Strong consultancy expertise and experience growing a function - Commercial/business development skills.
- Expert FCA regulatory knowledge applicable to cryptocurrency including licensing requirements.
- Confidence in stakeholder management and relationship development.
