InterQuest are currently supporting a financial services firm in Essex, looking for a talented Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team. As the business is growing, they are looking for motivated compliance professionals with strong monitoring and assurance experience to add value to the business. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and expertise in compliance as part of a team with a strong culture and progression opportunities to offer.
You will support the business through monitoring and reviewing key regulatory areas while conducting thematic reviews as part of regular assurance activities. By having strong regulatory knowledge, you would be expected to liaise with senior management, providing advice on compliance matters and risk mitigation, developing the Compliance Monitoring Plan and implementing strong controls.
The right candidate will have:
- Experience conducting second line compliance monitoring or assurance reviews.
- Excellent regulatory compliance knowledge - FCA and PRA guidelines.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Consumer Credit (CONC + CCA).
- Experience working in financial services, preferably a banking or lending environment.
- Stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate across the business.
