This Global Media organisation have developed themselves over the past two years into one of the UK’s most desirable employers to work for in the Digital industry. They are going through a major recruitment drive due to a multi-million pound transformation project and so are on the lookout for ambitious Senior Development Professionals who want to be part of the company’s continuous expansion. They have a fantastic opportunity for Lead Java Engineers to work remotely!
The Person
They are looking for Lead Engineers who have built web-based applications from the ground up in ideally Java 17 (Though this is flexible) and you should have gained experience developing most facets of Core Java along with Web technologies such as XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. All development is done within an Agile environment. You must be able to show that you have excellent project lead experience and that you can communicate well at senior stakeholder level.
The Role
You will be leading a small group of Engineers and working with System Architects with regards to the overall design of the products and then developing the applications through the full project life cycle – This is delivered in an Agile way with best practice constantly adopted. You will be working in an extremely dynamic environment producing digital products that will be used throughout the world. The Package
The client is able to offer an extremely competitive starting salary between £80,000 to £90,000, exceptional individual benefits and a very flexible working system.
