I have been working in telecoms recruitment for 10 years, and I focus on Network Infrastructures, and I am a recruitment partner with Juniper Networks, across their Professional and Advance Services teams in the UK and Europe.

Outside recruitment I have been happily married for over 14 years, and I have an 11-year-old son, and we are season ticket holders at Reading FC, I also actively support 2 charities that have support my family: RNIB Sunshine House School and Rosie’s Rainbow Fund.

IQ Telecom

My team and I specialise in Transport Networks. Wide Area Networks, large-scale VoIP, Core NW routing and switching, Tier 1&2 NW management, performance and delivery, wireless LANs, and the evolution of Software Defined Networking.

I am focused on the contract market and I have members of the team that focus on the permanent market, we are always talking to candidates and finding out who is available so speed of delivery is key to our customers, and we focus on referrals, as we all know no one will recommend a bad employee or colleague that they have worked with.

Typical job titles that I recruit for include:

  • Operations Manager
  • Programme Director
  • Programme/Project Manager
  • Network/NOC Manager
  • Solutions Architect
  • Network Architect
  • Design Consultants
  • Network/NOC Engineer
  • JNCIA/JNCIP/JNCIS/JNCIE – Engineers & Consultants and,
