Shaping our Future

While we are proud of our rich history, we are conscious of the need to stay current in the way we work and respond to our members’ needs.

We have embarked on an ambitious transformation programme titled ‘Shaping our Future’. We want to create a seamless, personalised experience for our members, no matter how, when or where they interact with us.

We are seeking talented individuals with experience in digital transformation to help us achieve these goals. This project presents an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the services we provide and how we work to provide them. We are looking for people who will thrive in a challenging, digital, agile environment.
