Senior Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:

- Proactively planning and conducting high-quality audit reviews to support the annual plan, providing valuable advisory and assurance services to stakeholders and the Board.
- Working autonomously to deliver multiple activities on time and in line with high standards, including those set by the IIA.
- Developing and completing audit programs efficiently while ensuring quality in complex situations.
- Documenting audit results and control improvement recommendations in concise reports for Executive Management and the Board.
- Ensuring proper audit working papers are in place for quality control purposes.
- Supporting the business in developing effective control improvements and monitoring progress on management issues.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with the business and other assurance providers.
- Assisting in identifying emerging risks and changes in the external environment.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in financial services
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the industry and regulatory environment
- IA experience
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise colleagues
