Project Manager (Asset Management)

Project Manager - Housing - Asset Management - £500 - £600 a day - 6 month initial contract

This project aims to implement a new system to manage capital assets, including:
• Asset lifecycle planning.
• Investment tracking and forecasting.
• Integration with finance, housing, and property services.

The project will involve:
• Business case development.
• Market review and system selection.
• Implementation planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Data migration and integration with existing systems.

Essential experience:

• Experience delivering property or asset management systems in the public sector.
• Strong understanding of capital planning, finance integration, and property services.
• Ability to manage technical implementation and change management.
• Familiarity with data governance and system integration.
