Salary: Up to £90,000 + 30% bonus + comprehensive benefits package

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Organisation Design (OD) Specialist to join the People Team of a leading organisation. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering a high-impact, confidential transformation project that will influence the future structure and operating model of the business.
Reporting directly to a senior leader within the People function, you will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple areas to deliver innovative, insight-led organisation design solutions aligned with the company's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on organisation design initiatives for a major business transformation project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR colleagues to assess current structures, define future-state models, and implement effective design principles.
- Conduct organisational diagnostics and workforce analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and deliver design frameworks, role architectures, and governance models that enable agility and performance.
- Support the change management process to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new structures.
- Provide expert advice and challenge to senior stakeholders, influencing key decisions with data-driven insights.
About You
- Proven experience as an OD specialist or consultant, ideally within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of organisation design principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work confidentially with senior leaders.
- Highly analytical and strategic thinker, comfortable managing ambiguity and complexity.
- Pragmatic and delivery-focused, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
