Global manufacturing company is looking for a DevOps Manager to work permanently. This will involve being 3 days on-site in Wroclaw, 2 days remote.
This is a key leadership role in shaping the architecture, automation, and deployment strategy of cloud applications and infrastructure. You will manage a team that collaborates closely with platform engineers, infrastructure architects, product owners, and key stakeholders to build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and scalable deployment processes. Your mission will be to drive automation across all environments, streamline software delivery, and ensure the reliability and performance of their systems.
(Skills Required)
- Proven exposure leading DevOps teams
- Good hands-on experience as a Developer or DevOps Engineer
- Strong proficiency with DevOps tooling - containers, scripting, source control, and workflows using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, Azure DevOps
- Deep experience and proficiency creating, enhancing, and maintaining CI/CD processes and tools in Azure Pipelines.
- Fluent English speaking
