In this discussion we will be delving deep into the people problems we face daily as Product Managers, whether knowing what our users want, or how to lead, influence and communicate with others across the business - understanding and working with humans is key to our success. As leaders, we’ll discuss human-centred challenges and how to solve them, whether it be understanding the people behind the data points, how to harness research for product-led growth or building high-performing teams in a hybrid working model

This upcoming roundtable promises an insightful journey into the strategies and practices that will help build the teams and businesses of the future, in addition this event offers a unique opportunity for you to actively participate and network in discussions about the most important aspects of Product Management.

With a deep-rooted passion for design & technology, Jane has dedicated over two decades to crafting innovative digital solutions in the ever-evolving tech landscape, leading both small and large scale teams.

Starting out in design before growing into product, Jane has worked with some of the UK's most recognizable organizations ranging from IG, Digitas and The Telegraph to start ups such as Babylon Health and is now in the process of launching her own health-tech start up, Laurel. Jane is also an active contributor to the UK Product community, having recently presented at Mind the Product in October 2023.
