Kathy has worked in banking and financial services for nearly 30 years, the last 18 or so of which have been in risk and compliance. She's currently Chief Risk and Compliance Office for the UK payments arm of Uber, and has previously worked for Monzo and CitiBank. Kathy is passionate about using risk management to enable growth and innovation, and believes deeply in embracing diversity and inclusion in every area of life.

Claire has worked in risk, compliance and financial crime roles for 16 years in companies ranging from fintech start-ups, big banks to charities. She is currently the MLRO at GenH, a mortgage company offering fairer homeownership in a broken housing market.Claire is passionate about clear and accessible products, services and language and is an expert in behavioural economics, the art of making things simple.
