Developer culture has changed rapidly over the last 20 years, from silo'd tech teams to a pivotal part of modern life. Growing pains and conflict points surround every team and friction between teams continues to hamper staff retention, individual engagement and product delivery.
I'll be exploring several of the challenging cultures and behaviours that I've encountered in my career and how I turned them around, empowering individuals and teams while enhancing synergy.
