My name is Greg Coleshill I lead the Risk, Regulation and Compliance function at InterQuest, we support predominantly financial services clients across the UK, Europe and the US, to access the most sought after and in-demand talent.
Where are you located?
We're based in Manchester and London currently with a new office opening in Amsterdam in Q1 2022.
Tell us about your team
They're equally very collaborative and supportive. Whether you speak to people that have come into the industry brand new from either university or elsewhere or people that have joined from other recruitment businesses, I think the one consistent thing you'd hear is that the team will go out of their way to support and help them be successful.
What is your key market?
We've got a really diverse client base. Historically we work with the world's biggest banks. However over the last ten years, we've moved considerably into the fintech payments and most recently the crypto space.
Typically we're able to help clients most where we can partner closely with them to provide a really high level of service.
Who do you work with?
Given the construction of the team, we're able to support clients across risk types, from credit risk, operational risk all the way through to compliance and financial crime.
