Our Benefits

Here at InterQuest we offer a benefits package that supports the needs of it's employee's. Our benefits package is shaped by the #InterQuestFamily and we regularly update the package in-line with what's most important to you. We ensure this by listening to our internal Pulse Survey and prioritising what you most want to see in your package.

Holiday entitlement 

You will be entitled to 25 days' holiday per full calendar year (pro rata'd if working reduced hours/days). For your second full calendar year of service, your entitlement will be 27 days and it will increase by one day for each subsequent full calendar year, capped at 35 days in the tenth complete year of service.

Gym membership contribution

We will contribute up to £25 per calendar month towards the cost of your subscription to any established commercially run gym. This payment will be subject to statutory deductions and will be paid with your monthly salary.

Childcare voucher scheme

We work with Sodexo to provide childcare vouchers to working parents to help meet the cost of childcare. This will be deducted through your pay as salary sacrifice, so again tax and NI savings for you.

Car lease scheme

We are working with a leading provider who offer a competitive salary sacrifice Company care scheme. 

Cycle to work scheme

We have an account with Cycle scheme Limited. The cycle scheme gives you the opportunity to choose a brand new bike. The Company will pay the invoice and the cost will be deducted from your salary over 12 months as a salary sacrifice.

Mortgage & personal financial advice 

CoBens are a benefits provider and are able to provide Mortgage advice if you are looking to buy a place and they also offer personal financial advice. These are available for you to use when needed.

Interest-free season ticket travel loan

An interest free season ticket travel loan will be available to all employees on successful completion of their probation period.

Career break

A career break after 5 years, giving you the option to take 2-month unpaid leave with the right to return to the same job role.

Pension scheme

You will be automatically enrolled into the Company pension scheme through Scottish Widows after 3 months of employment at InterQuest Group.

Life assurance scheme

You will automatically become a member of the Group Life Assurance scheme where you will be covered for lump sum life cover equal to 3x your basic annual salary.

Employee Assistance Programme

Free access to an Employee Assistance Programme that providers counselling and emotional support including CBT, serious illness and accident support and an online health and well-being portal.
