Corporate Social Responsibility

In 2015, InterQuest launched a Corporate Social Responsibility programme. We focus our people and our CSR energy on four key values; 'Corporate' – strength, pace, innovation, respect, integrity and team work (our values), 'Environment' – sustainability, innovation and awareness, 'People' – understanding, partnership and respect/ honesty and 'Social' – courage, commitment and enriching (people’s lives).

Our Strategy

Economic stability is perhaps our most important commitment. As a People business, we have a duty to ensure that we keep a healthy financial profile in order that our people feel stable.

This also enables us to reinvest in new and exciting emerging technology practices which enables our customer base to stay ahead of the ever-changing technological curve.

Our Products

Our two main focus points are to ensure that our service adds value and fulfils the needs and requirements of our customers, as well as providing a supportive and knowledgeable service to our candidates.

We make use of candidate and client satisfaction surveys to monitor our service levels, as well taking data from our systems to measure how many of our customers use our service more than once.

Our Planet

In order to improve our impact on the environment, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint through educating our staff to taking a greener approach, as well as offering salary sacrifice schemes to encourage environmentally friendly travel arrangements.

Our People

We are committed to providing a supportive and encouraging professional environment for our people. All of our people have a defined career path with achievable promotion criteria in order to enable them to maximise their potential.

To develop our people, everyone, regardless of job role has access to a variety of different training sessions which range from one day courses, up to six month development training. This enables us to ensure our people are following best practice techniques, as well as providing them with the skills and knowledge to maximise their potential.

As we strive to develop a strong and resilient future for our people and the people we serve, it is imperative that we constantly review how we as a Group, support our people as individuals. We carry out quarterly Pulse Surveys internally to allow all of our people to provide feedback on what is working, and what we could do better. By committing to a group of behaviours internally, we can recognise how we conduct ourselves in a way in which we can sustain our business. By embracing these behaviours, we dedicate ourselves to providing an ethical approach both internally and externally.



About Macmillan

Each and everyone one of us is affected by Cancer, and Macmillan Cancer Support does incredible work to help those suffering with cancer and their families to take back some control by giving advice, financial support, or just for someone to listen.

Macmillan’s own evidence has revealed the story of cancer is changing. In 2010 there were two million people living with cancer a diagnosis in the UK. In 2015 this number reached 2.5 million, and the figure is expected to reach four million by 2030[1]. The evidence that they produce helps them, and others, understand the needs, numbers and experiences of people affected by cancer.

Macmillan Cancer Support runs a huge calendar of fundraising events for everyone to get involved in, from the World’s Biggest Coffee morning, all the way through to the London Marathon.
