An exceptional chance for a software engineer to join a Manchester-based web3 art marketplace that’s about to go from start-up to scale-up.
The business enables artists and collectors to create/buy/resell NFTs and was recently acquired by eBay to help take NFTs to the masses.
Their product engineering team is now functioning as an R&D division in charge of developing eBay's web3 strategy, which includes developing a completely new e-commerce platform. As a result, they are able to provide the full range of innovative freedom that is typically only available at start-ups, along with the support and advantages of a large corporation.
The existing group are very open minded and they work as multidisciplinary product engineering squads (Dev, Product, UX) who value diversity and teamwork over individual heroics so you’d be working alongside people that are passionate about using practices like TDD and Pair Programming in an autonomous DevOps environment.
As a Software Engineer, you would join the company's starting group and be a part of influencing its culture and product engineering capabilities as it grows from three squads to nine and beyond.
Skills:
- TypeScript (Node, React, Vue)
- GraphQL
- GCP
- TDD
The pay is competitive as well, with salaries of up to £70,000 plus benefits including company shares, an annual bonus, a generous pension, private medical and dental insurance, as well as frequent flexible and remote work.
If you’re interested in this opportunity and would like to know more, please apply through this advert and I will contact you ASAP.
Skills: Node.js, Typescript, React, Vue, GCP, TDD, GraphQL
