UCC Operational Expert - Avaya - MS Teams - Transition

The Role
The UCC department leads the end-to-end delivery, including operational support of all technical solutions at the platform infrastructure and application layers. Our client are looking to add a UCC Operational Expert to support the continued development all services, these include: Email & Personal Information Management, Enterprise File Services, Team Collaboration, Video & Voice and Intranet Platforms.

- Transition from Avaya to MS Teams across the whole business
- Full end to end lifecycle: planning, designing, building and providing continued support to the customer
- Incident Management, management of all problem tickets to identify workarounds/resolutions and detail result
- Service Owner of UC portfolio with 1 direct report
- Stakeholder management, lead provider meetings, ensuring the content and value of the meeting understood by all

Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience of operational support
- 3+ years of delivering 2nd level support
- Certified I ITIL v3/v4 foundation
- Transitioning from Avaya to MS teams
