We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the InterQuest Family based in London.
InterQuest have been working in the Tech, Digital and Data markets since founded back in 2001 and therefore you would be working in a team of experts with deep rooted knowledge of the market. We are an award-winning, specialist technology recruitment business that operates at the forefront of digital transformation. We have been establishes since 2001 and have over 200 employees across 6 UK offices and an office in New York.
You will join a Team of high performing Consultants who you will be able to work alongside and learn from as well as the senior leadership team across the business.
We are keen to speak to individuals that have graduated and/or those that have worked within a client/customer facing role and is keen to pursue a career in Recruitment. To be successful in this role, you must be driven, motivated and have a passion for success.
You will start your career with us supporting our Senior Consultants with sourcing top quality technology candidate into our existing client base in London. You will be trained how to search for niche skills, qualify candidates against specific job criteria and gain candidate commitment. In time you will then be developed into the client side of the role where you will start to build out your own client base and own the client relationship as well as sourcing candidate.
