We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to start a career in recruitment. You will be working for our Consultancy Practice Albany Beck focusing on sourcing graduate level candidates for our clients Pioneer Programmes. You will be speaking with candidates at an exciting point of their career where we place them into long term training programmes with prestigious clients across the UK. The role involves being very proactive with advertising, headhunting and interviewing a high volume of candidates. You will need to have excellent rapport building skills to establish long term relationships with both Clients and Candidates. You will be joining an established team based in our Cannon Street office that is set to grow over the course of 2020. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an office environment, experience of working within a sales capacity would be an advantage but is not essential.
