£55,000 to £65,000 + benefits

We have an exciting opening for a Telecoms Engineer workig for a leading FS company. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, operations, maintenance and provisioning of the company's telecommunications infrastructure. This includes the coordination of activities with telecommunications carriers, providers, partners, equipment and teammates supporting the voice ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Articulates telecommunications solutions to the business in a clear and concise manner
• Ensure front-line customer satisfaction by communicating professionally and effectively with all internal and external customers.
• Works directly with teammates, telecom providers and third-party contractors to assure services are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Orders new circuits and coordinates moves, adds, changes and disconnects with provider.
• Will monitor ServiceNow queues to assure the timely resolution of all telecom requests.
• Displays confidence, knowledge and experience when faced with complex telecom issues and challenges.
• Experience in supporting voice call center operations and reporting solutions.

Experience Required

• Extensive experience in telecommunications services.
• Experience in deploying and supporting an enterprise sized cloud-based communications service, experience with Ring Central highly desired.
• Experience in large enterprise communications network with high availability requirements.
• Adept in a multitude of legacy telecommunications and data communications technologies.
• Contact Center / Call Center Management experience.
• Experience with dial patterns, Telephone Number Porting, call routing, and SIP Trunking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms.
• You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, and hands-on environment.
