Technology Risk Oversight Manager

I'm supporting a Digital Bank based in the Northwest of England in their search for a Technology Risk Oversight Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the bank's technology risk management framework. You will work with senior management to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the bank's technology systems and infrastructure. You will also develop and implement risk management policies and procedures

Hybrid, with a requirement to attend the office on a couple of occasions a month for a couple of days

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the bank's technology risk management framework
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the bank's technology systems and infrastructure
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
• Work with senior management to ensure that the bank's technology risk management framework is aligned with the bank's overall risk management strategy
• Provide advice and guidance to business units on technology risk management
• Monitor the bank's technology risk environment and report on any emerging risks
• Represent the bank on technology risk matters to external bodies

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., information technology, computer science, risk management)
• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management
• Strong understanding of technology risk management frameworks and principles
• AWS/Cloud Experience - Mandatory
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
