Our RPO experts in IQ Talent Solutions are looking for a Talent Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team based in London Cannon Street. The role will be responsible for sourcing technology talent for our retained client base, you will sit on client role briefing calls, work directly with clients and where we have an onsite team you will work with them when presenting CV's. All of the roles are exclusive and you will be working towards the set SLA's that are in place for each of the client accounts. As and when we win new clients that require an onsite direct sourcing Talent Partner you will be asked to be client facing for the duration of that client contract, when the contract comes to an end you will go back to being a part of the TA team until the next onsite opportunity arises. The role will require you to be office based 3 days a week with 2 from home, as and when working onsite you will reflect the working pattern of the client you are managing.
You will need to have a proved technology recruitment background, ideally with some prior client contact i,e 360 recruitment or account management. You will need to demonstrate that you have consistently achieved your targets and have strong relationship building skills.
