Our RPO experts in IQ Talent Solutions are looking for a Dutch Speaking Talent Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team based in London Cannon Street. The role will be responsible for sourcing technology and professional services talent for our retained client who we have worked with now for over 10 years. This role will join the team on a brand new area of our client in The Netherlands, this will not only involve sourcing but you will be sitting on client briefing calls with the hiring community in Amsterdam taking the role briefs and advising them on the market.
The role will be hybrid based with 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home and working UK hours.
You will need to have a proven recruitment delivery background, ideally with some prior client contact i.e 360 recruitment or account management. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing for technology roles or across professional services. Candidates with experience recruiting across Supply Chain and Procurement are also of interest. You will need to be fluent in Dutch, spoken and written, and will need to demonstrate that you have consistently achieved your targets and have strong relationship building skills.
