Strategic Change Programme Manager - Inside IR35 Must be able to start immediately

We are seeking a proven immediately available Strategic Change Programme Manager to manage multiple projects that will involve some sensitive, process organisational change processes, so experience ideally within programmes such as i.e. HR, finance, cost, transformation, people process are all very helpful to this new contract. Also some recent understanding and working knowledge of business change would be very helpful.

- Lead the delivery of complex organisational, operational and strategic programmes

- Working closely with the ExCo and Business Leads to scope, plan and deliver projects

- Must have strong core programme management skills, be comfortable leading and driving a plan and managing teams up to ExCo members

- Require ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have a passion for innovation

- Ability to work in partnership with the HR, business, finance & IT, wider Group and key consulting partners

* Lead the delivery of complex organisational, operational and strategic programmes
* Lead the scoping of the project including business case definition, resourcing etc
* Lead all aspects of the project from concept and design though to delivery, supported by the necessary Functional teams
* Accountable for owning the end to end delivery plan
* Establish and sustain an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across the project
* Works with the relevant ExCo and Leadership team members to design, plan and implement the required changes for their function
* Manages programme risks and issues and cross functional dependencies to ensure successful delivery of the programme
* Proactively manage and collaborate with programme sponsors and senior stakeholders within the business to ensure shared ownership for the delivery of programme outcomes; with Finance to ensure financial reporting of programme benefits
* Works with the Portfolio office to understand and manage Cross Programme dependencies, risks and issues and to keep them updated on status
* Accountable for programme resource management
* Drive complex cross-functional change into the organisation through the application of 'best in class' project, programme and change management in a sustainable way
* Experienced in implementing and landing change within an organisation within both time and budget restrictions whilst also ensuring that the impact of change on the business is understood and managed and landed effectively
* Own senior programme stakeholder relationships and engage the business more broadly with programme communication

- Relevant industry and experience - ideally Retail & Telecoms

- Business Transformation experience in complex, cross functional environments

- Understanding of Project Management methodologies
