Solutions Architect (Front office) - United Kingdom/ Hybrid - Permanent

My client is a multinational IT services company who are looking for an Oracle Solution Architects (Front office CX cloud) . The Solution Architects will focus on 4 main areas of the Enterprise Architecture.

This role will cover a specific area but the key will be the ability to design and deliver sustainable, robust yet flexible solutions from an end to end business perspective e.g. lead to sales proposal to quote to order to fulfilment to invoicing to accounting to reporting.

The successful Solution Architects will have the following experience:

• Good understanding of “cloud service” concepts including web technologies, “platform as a service”, “software as a service”, enterprise architecture, IT processes
• Front office – must have either Siebel or Oracle CX Cloud experience
• Good understanding of Enterprise class platforms in a manufacturing and digital services business.
• Establishing, implementing and maintaining enterprise architectures
• Several projects to include requirements, solution options, recommendations and implementation
• Ability to communicate with senior management up to SVP/VP/Divisional Head level executives during review of architecture and solutions proposals.
• Accurate knowledge of relevant trends and developments in enterprise technologies.
