Solution Architect - Digital Automation Practice - Permanent - up to £90k + 10% bonus, car or car allowance and Benefits

This is a customer facing role that would suit someone coming from an existing service management system administration or service/help desk role, who wishes to expand into a pre-sales and consultative career path.

The ideal candidate will have experience of using and working with common service management systems (ideally ServiceNow) on a day to day basis and as such will understand ITIL and ITSM concepts and processes. Ideally, the candidate will be involved in administrative and maintenance aspects of the service management system.

This role will support the pre-sales senior architects, in particular with technical aspects of customer sales engagements. The candidate will also benefit from coaching from the senior architects to enable knowledge expansion and growing experience.

As a Solution Architect your main job responsibility will be to undertake:

* Support the senior architects as necessary in sales engagements, demonstrations, proof of concepts and customer related calls & meetings.
* Assist with capturing system requirements workshops.
* Assist with the RFI/RFP technical process and technical response.
* Grow your understanding of SCC Digital Automation Solutions (ServiceNow and 4Me) and provide technical input and assistance throughout customer sales engagements
* Working directly with customers, providing solution guidance and advice.
* Assist with statement of work creation

You'll need to have good and confident customer interaction skills to support senior architects, have experience of working with service management systems (as a user) (ideally ServiceNow or 4Me) along with working with service management systems (as an administrator or providing input to requirements and process maturity) (ideally ServiceNow or 4Me). Sound understanding of ITIL concepts and processes.
