Great opportunity for a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join an established company based in Salford Quays, currently going through a change to become much more automation focused.
The company have technology at the very core of everything they do and smash to pieces the usual stereotype of being a boring finance company by having a state of the art office space which spreads over 9 floors and includes huge communal dining areas, numerous breakout rooms with games consoles, free onsite gym and a roof top terrace complete with a bar for the sunny day(s) in summer.
You would be given the opportunity to join a small team of SDET's and work alongside the Test Analysts and Developers. You'd work across a variety of solutions including their public facing website, client facing web portals, mobile app, and various internal systems using modern engineering practices like microservices, TDD, pair programming and continuous deployment.
- Experience within a Test Automation role
- Strong knowledge of API tools
- Great communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with Test Analysts & Software Developers.
- Experience with Cucumber
