* Talk through solutions with customers and ensuring they understand the capabilities of the now platform.
* Work closely with customers to understand and translate their business technical requirements.
* Responsibility for technical input to qualification and business approval meetings to make a recognized technical contribution.
* Propose solutions to business problems and lead the technical delivery of the chosen solution.
* Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with ServiceNow.
* Customer satisfaction on solution delivery to an appropriate level of quality, in accordance with agreed specifications and standards.
* Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ideally hold a ServiceNow certification.
