ServiceNow Engagement Manager (Remote)

Role:
Responsible for driving the implementation of ServiceNow solutions in partnership with customers, and for creating top-class experiences for both customers and technical teams.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting and project engagements throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, successfully delivering the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
  • You will be leading the project team throughout the delivery process and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Provide expert leadership in workshops deriving and planning business and ITIL processes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision makers.
Experience required:
  • Experience of being involved in the implementation of ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of and qualifications in ITIL and Project Management methodologies
  • Seasoned Project / Engagement Management skills
  • Demonstrate a hunger for being inquisitive and a desire to improve your knowledge.
