ServiceDesk Team Lead - Permanent - London - up to £45k base + Benefits

We need an experienced ServiceDesk Team Lead/Manager for a Banking Client in Central London.

You'll supervise the day-to-day work of the team and provide a high quality service to the bank's staff and will need to have Team line management experience, setting objectives and expectations and appraising performance for direct reports in the team, excellent technical skills and support experience and experience of service management tools and processes with knowledge of the following: Hardware support & operating systems, Incident management software tools (ServiceNow experience advantageous), Windows 10, Exchange Online and O365 and Active Directory administration.
