IT Service Desk Manager required, ideally with experience of working in the Not-For-Profit sector. As Service Desk Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of IT support services to all areas of the business. Monitoring and reporting on IT service performance, you will assist the IT Management Team in developing IT capabilities whilst ensuring SLAs are met. Providing leadership to the IT support function, taking responsibility for the performance management and development of the team. Implementing service standards, developing common systems and processes based on industry best practice.
Technically, you will have knowledge of using an IT Service Management system to manage, allocate and monitor support tasks as well as Windows Desktop, Citrix, Active Directory, DNS, Networks, Group Policy, and cloud based technologies including SaaS and IaaS. You will be technical astute but also have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, team members and third party suppliers.
