Service Desk Analyst - West Sussex - £100 to £125 per day (inside IR35) - initial 6 month contract

Service Desk Analyst required with experience of providing 1st line support within the NHS:

* The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for effectively handling incoming calls, documenting incidents and escalating to resolution where required.
* Using the ITIL processes to hand manage incidents in line with service desk SLAs and KPIs.
* Experience of working as a Service Desk Analyst inside the NHS and using the ITIL processes is essential.
* An ITIL certification would be advantageous but not necessarily required.
