Service Desk Analyst - Waterloo, London - £117 per day - 3 month initial contract

A small team of 3x IT support staff are looking for a 4 th member to join their team on an initial 3 month basis. Supporting between 600 & 1200 users within a Windows Environment, they are looking for someone that is adept with both 1 st and 2 nd line support to assist with BAU support.

* Providing 1st & 2 nd Line Support to Charity partners both internal and external across the UK.
* Taking calls from clients and escalating to 2nd line support when necessary.
* Logging user complaints through the use of a ticketing system called Fresh Desk.
* Remote Access Support through Citrix XenApp and Team Viewer.
* User and Server Management using mainly Active Directory - which included account creations, full account management, mailbox creation, mailbox management, DL's and groups creation and management.
* Exposure to SCCM.
* Providing remote & desk side support to colleagues and users on the Challenge network.
* Network shares, IP Phone and VPN management, permissions and policy management.
* Creating and implementing processes and procedures for IT /MS Office/ Office 365 as well as manuals and their supporting documentation.
* Ensuring that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhered to organizational values, enabling staff, and Partners.
