I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a Financial Services organisation I am currently working with who are based in Manchester City Centre. They are looking for a passionate, hardworking individual who is happy working in a fast paced environment across both 1 st and 2 nd line support.

Key Experience

* At least 2 years experience working on a service desk which supports a large number of users across multiple sites
* Experience with Windows 7, MS Exchange, Office 365, Mobile Technology, Printer Technology
* Working knowledge of desktop, laptop, server and printer computer hardware dependencies and relationships of networks, phones, mobiles, PC's operation systems, databases etc
* Experience of Active Directory, Group policy and VMware
* Experience providing excellent customer service
