Service Desk Analyst

Up to £22 an hour - Inside IR35


An urgent requirement for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a leading local authority in London.

Essential Experience

* Technical support from a service desk perspective, resolving issues through telephone and email
* Supporting a large user base
* MS Office tools- SharePoint, Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory
* Providing support with mobile & tablet devices such as iPad, iPhone, Blackberry, MobileIron and MDM
* MITEL telephony set-up and configuration
* VMware Horizon, 10 Zip & vSphere
