Service Desk Analyst

My client are a leading retailer and household name. They are seeking a 1 st / 2 nd line support Service Desk Analyst to join their busy, global, ITITL aligned helpdesk.

Duties of the global Service DESK Analyst will include:

* Support all office users in EMEA regardless of location by working on Service Now tickets.
* Utilise support tools and automation methods to rapidly deploy, manage and support Client systems.
* Provide support to 1st and 2nd level support team.
* Attend daily IT operations to understand priorities and raise issues.
* Create, review and update documentation as required.

The Service Desk Analyst should have IT experience in Support Windows and MS Office support skills, including Client Deployment & management technology toolsets. Additionally Customer service skills, experience with MDT, SCCM & group policy management in a multi-site environment. Advanced knowledge of PC, peripheral devices, LAN, Internet & Email.

The prospective Service Desk Analyst should have good clear written and verbal communication skills, including English, with a willingness to learn new technologies and excellent communication to deal with all levels of staff.
