InterQuest are hiring for an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to join our rapidly growing IT Provider client based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

You will primarily be focused on managing and troubleshooting customer 2nd Line issues, you'll be expected to assist on-site engineers, provide support for the 3rd Line team, create and improve operational procedures and teach others what you've learnt. You'll have the opportunity to work with innovative technologies and industry-leading partners such as Dell, Citrix and Nvidia. Our client bring virtual desktops and high-performance applications to any location and any device, they are experts in delivering consultancy and managed services for organisations that need remote access to GPU-enabled VDI and data-intensive applications.

Based only 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Wilmslow, you'll be working in an innovative office environment in a stunning semi-rural location.

Essential Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates with 2 years' Service Desk experience in 1st line response and preferably experience working with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or VMware Horizons.

This role is currently remote working due to Covid-19.
