Service Designer (UX) - Manchester - part remote - up to £65K plus benefits

A fantastic opportunity for a Service Designer to join a rapidly expanding company, working on a revolutionary digital eCommerce platform which is set to disrupt and change the face of the industry they operate in. You'll be helping to map out the market, working across the physical and digital touch points of the business, with a heavy focus on the user.

You'll be joining a strong UX team made up of 6 UXD, 3 Lead UXDs, 2 Senior UXRs and 2 other Service Designers whilst working within a dynamic, forward-thinking and collaborative agile environment. You'll also be delivering on an array of different projects, bridging the gaps between teams by highlighting the unknowns to help convey the end-to-end service of the product.

A strong background in Service Design is essential for this role as you'll help the business understand the digital and offline landscape and its relevance throughout the service. You'll require excellent stakeholder management skills in helping to define processes and methodologies. You'll work with UXers, Product Owners, and Digital Analyst to represent the end-to-end service to help them to continue to be market leaders.

The role will require you to:

* Own and maintain service blueprint in collaboration with the wider business
* Experience of facilitating mapping workshops, the exploratory work preceding them,
and playback of that output to stakeholders
* Significant experience working as a service designer, with general knowledge
across design and product
* Expertise in mapping out key touchpoints within a service and isolating dependencies
and problem areas, recommending further actions based on evidence
