** £560 p/d (inside IR35) - Fully Remote **

My client is a leading multinational software business looking to hire a collaborative, Service Delivery Account Manager, who will act as the primary point of contact for customer engagement during the production phase of a hosted project. The incumbent would work directly with customers and internal staff as the resource primarily responsible for overseeing incident and problem resolution, coordinating change management activities, managing escalations and ensuring service quality standards are maintained for the customer's hosted solution.

The Service Delivery Account Manager will be expected to:

* Collaborate across company to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to production support.
* Serve as the operational lead for the customer engagement upon completion of project implementation.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot customer reported problems to provide suitable solutions.
* Lead incident, problem and change management activities for the customer through collaboration with internal/external teams.
* Track daily operational status and provide managed services reporting (SLA and key performance indicators).
* Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the customer's business across company such as: support, R&D, Product Management etc.

The successful Service Delivery Account Manager will possess:

* Knowledge of technology, architecture and resources.
* Solid understanding of ITIL processes and principles (must be ITIL certified).
* ETL methodologies experience.
* Strong proficiency Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
* Excellent problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of software of applications development life cycle.

The role will be fully remote with the very occasional customer site visit.
