I'm supporting a UK Challenger Bank with their search for a Senior Underwriter as they enter a period of strategic growth.

If you have Commercial Real Estate or Trading Business underwriting experience, this is an opportunity not to be missed
- Managing owner-occupied commercial property-backed lending for various sectors Trading Business, Commercial Real Estate (Investment), and BTL
- Fostering an environment that upholds sound commercial and professional decisions in lending
- Executing the Credit Strategy implementation
- Establishing and upholding strong lending guidelines in accordance with industry standards.
- Developing the underwriting team to the highest standards through support and coaching.
- Producing credit papers within DLA and for credit committee proposal where you will
