Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to join one of Europe's largest independently owned technology companies.
The company are at an exciting point in their growth and are embarking on a major new project to create a brand new software engineering team in Manchester that will be responsible for building state of the art cloud-based applications and services that leverage the latest technologies and tools.
The team will be made up of small agile squads that will be responsible for building greenfield applications using engineering best practice like TDD and pair/mob programming alongside modern technologies like .NET Core, Azure and Microservices in a DevOps style environment - all the good stuff!
As a software engineer you'd work as part of a multidisciplinary agile team (QA, UX, DevOps, Product etc.) and would play an important role in setting the coding standards and patterns used across the entire cloud-based application suite, so this is a great opportunity to get in early and help shape the ways of working.
* .NET Core, Azure and Microservices

In return they're offering a starting salary of up to £60k plus company benefits including 10% bonus, 4% pension, private medical cover, flexible working including regular working from home and plenty more - a potential package in excess of £70k!
