Senior Software Delivery Project Manager - Inside IR35

Our client a well thought of client within the Retail consultative arena are seeking a proven Technical Software Delivery Project Manager to show pure recent in depth examples of Technical Software delivery and end to end management of large critical 3rd party management processes and excellent stakeholder management.

Essential required skills & experience:

• Ideally must come from a Retail and or similar arena so i.e, Retail banking arm, High Street Retailer or consultancy background please.

  Proven recent examples of end-to-end hands-on Technical Software Delivery skills alongside proven recent management of 3rd party stakeholders.

  Proven Agile ,Prince and excellent Agile delivery, strong MI Data skills understanding of front-end CRM build and integration end to end is required.

  the ability to build API`s and delivery end to end this is all essential.

Takes responsibility for the management of and successful execution of large, high-profile Tech and Transformation projects that span across multiple business units and areas totalling over £1m in cost.

Work in collaboration with project sponsors and key stakeholders within the business to ensure shared ownership for the delivery of project outcomes.

Lead complex cross-functional change into the organisation through the application of ‘best in class project, programme and change management.

Own senior project stakeholder relationships and engage the business more broadly with project communications.

Develop high performing project teams, with good knowledge management, who work in collaboration with the business.

Establish and sustain an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across their projects.

• Several year`s experience working as a Technical senior project manager
• It is important that the person in role has experience of performing a similar role within a major FTSE 100 organisation or comparable organisation, or has experience of delivering the requirements of this role across multiple clients as a member of a top tier professional services.
• Expert knowledge and experience of relevant project management methodologies, development life cycles e.g, Waterfall, Agile and Continuous Improvement.
• Hands-on Experience implementing projects within multi-million-pound transformational programmes in latest technologies e.g ERP, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Legacy Integrations all have to be technical transformation programmes.
• Strong commerce / Retail implementation experience very much beneficial.
• Experience in managing 3rd party vendors and working with outsource partners.
• Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA & or Confluence) is essential.
• Proven ability to communicate to stakeholders at the appropriate level and build effective working relationships (will often need to have technical discussions with product owners to articulate design solutions or reconfirm requirements).
