Global scale up developing groundbreaking technologies in transportation, aiming to improve people's lives in the busiest cities. Based in Amsterdam they are looking to build an innovative, motivated and data driven marketing and growth team.

This is an important hire that will manage the Digital Media team; with a focus on Mobile First acquisition - managing media buyers and planners you will define the digital strategy, managing external marketing parties, lead internal performance buyers, collaborate with internal growth analysts, and own all digital acquisition outcomes to drive growth in critical markets.

You will own the budget for creative, innovative, high-impact campaigns that are visible on a global scale.

If you have experience in paid social and display advertising on a global scale, can manipulate and analyse large data sets with an ability to see marketing problems from a data, revenue and behavioural perspective then this is a chance to develop your own career in one of the most exciting scale ups in Europe.

You will need to show experience in a strategic role within a highly analytical, data intensive environment - ideally in a mobile first/app start up or scale up. (Minimum 4 years)

Can show experience managing paid customer acquisition channels, demonstrating ability to leverage analytics and data to understand performance and make decisons based on the evidence.
