Senior IT Support Analyst (Engineer)

Senior IT Support Analyst required to support managing the end user services within a higher education organisation. The Senior IT Support Analyst will be needed to support the IT current and future aims of the University. The Senior IT Support Analyst is also responsible for incident and problem resolution and service request fulfilment within agreed service level agreements. The team is also involved in the deployment of new services and devices to support the current and future aims of the University.

This role is being offered:

* 3 month Contract
* £250 to £300 per day (Inside IR35)
* Hybrid working - mixture of 2 days per week in office (central London) and 3 days remote working.


* Experience of supporting mainstream operating systems, including but not limited to Windows 10, and their installed applications
* Experience of supporting Office 365 and Office Apps
* Endpoint Manager (Intune) experience
* Working knowledge of Teams, OneDrive and Sharepoint
* Experience of working with Surface Pro devices and other end user hardware
* Experience of working in a structured support environment using ITSM tools


* Application packaging
* Mac support
* Virtual desktop support
* Experience of Telephony/VoIP platforms
