* Role is based in North West London. It is remote 3 days a week but must be able to travel to Watford twice a week .

The Project Manager will deliver multiple assigned mega complex projects or a programme of projects within time, budget and performance. Managing all communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible for leading and coordinating business and implementation activities within his or her assigned scope for an assigned project within a country or region. The PM works to monitor costs, schedules and coordinates activities of assigned projects and works to ensure the ultimate success of all assigned projects. Responsible for coordinating the assignment of resources to assigned projects. Responsible for stakeholder management, particularly senior executive stakeholders and others external to Ricoh.

Key Responsibilities

* Selecting, developing and managing teams
* Agreeing contracts for the provision of goods and/or services, monitoring compliance and managing variances
* Establishing and maintaining governance arrangements for the delivery of projects, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities, that align with Group IT PMO best practice
* Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests
* Preparing, gaining approval of, refining and updating business cases that justify the initiation and/or continuation of projects in terms of benefits, costs and risks
* Developing, implementing and updating resources allocations plans (other than finance) needed for projects, taking account of availabilities and scheduling
* Developing and agreeing budgets for projects and controlling forecast and actual costs against them
* Identifying and monitoring project risks (threats and opportunities), planning and implementing responses to them and responding to other issues that affect projects

Knowledge, Education, Skills and Experience (Required)

* Managing the integration of project outputs into business-as-usual, addressing the readiness of users, compatibility of work systems and the realisation of benefits
* Planning and controlling finances of projects as a means of driving performance and as part of Ricoh's overall financial management
* Gathering independent evidence that the information from projects is valid and that projects are likely to achieve their aims
* Recommending how financial and other resources should be allocated amongst change initiatives to optimise the business' return on investment
