Senior Credit Risk Manager - IRB | London | Challenger Bank | Up to £90,000

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established challenger bank in London who have a range of different products, offering exposure across a breadth or products and portfolios. The company is currently going through a lot of growth and development, building on their already successful teams to allow for that growth to continue. The role will focus on owning the end-to-end production of IRB RWAs, this means communicating and working with the wider teams from the data governance team to model owners and to IT, to ensure they are co-ordinated and completed successfully. The role is responsible for making sure the controls are monitored and implemented across the IRB production.

The role will directly support the IRB programme within the business as they begin to roll out their bank-wide IRB for the future. This will mean ensuring that IRB is embedded across the portfolio as early as possible

They are looking for an individual who has:

* Experience working in an IRB bank on RWA
* Knowledge of credit risk prudential regulation rules
* Strong communication skills to allow working across the business and relay information
* Experience working in the banking or financial services sector
