Senior Credit Risk Analyst | West Midlands or London | Challenger Bank | £50,000 | Remote/Hybrid

The bank is an award-winning bank providing savings accounts and lending services to over one million customers
The role itself will entail working within the credit risk modelling environment. Where you will work on developing new PD, LGD, and EAD models under the IFRS 9 and IRB framework, a role where you will be able to get hands-on and stuck in with the models. It will give you exposure to the whole credit risk lifecycle of the models, from getting the data, cleaning the data, developing the models, and more. If you want to develop your skills and broaden your experience in credit risk, this is the perfect opportunity to do it. All their models are developed using SAS.
The opportunity would allow you to work remotely 4/5 days a week if that's your preference or in the office more, working out of their West Midlands office or London office
They are looking for an individual who has:
* Experience using SAS and SQL
* Experience in credit risk working with credit risk models
* Awareness of the requirements of the IFRS 9 or IRB frameworks
* Mathematical or statistical background, with knowledge of statistical modelling techniques
* Analytical mindset
