Summary Key Responsibilities
- SME on Regulatory Compliance matters across a broad range of retail banking products
- Design and develop policies and procedures
- Ownership of Financial promotions for the bank - ensuring regulatory requirements are adhered to
- Work with product teams to incorporate regulatory compliance to new product development
- Support the development of the Consumer Duty Programme
- Demonstrable Regulatory Compliance experience
- Retail Banking experience
- FCA Sourcebook and practical experience of CONC, MCOBS, CCA
