Our client is a start up organisation that are looking to expand their operations after having continued success in their marketplace over a number of yearsSen. They are urgently looking to take on a full stack developer, you would have a prime opportunity to work on the end-to-end development of their suite of Web Apps, delivering tangible value to multi-billion-pound clients.

Joining a small team with lots of autonomy, you will take ownership of one of their software development functions as the team scales throughout 2022/23. You will lead a team of junior-mid-level developers, taking technical responsibility for end-to-end software projects in line with wider deliverables agreed across design, code, test and documentation.

You will have the opportunity to oversee all parts of the web development process, including architecture, backend, frontend, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, Azure management etc.

In terms of skills, we are looking for the following:

* 3+ years of software development experience
* Proficient in C#.Net
* Experience with HTML, JavaScript and web development frameworks (Angular)
* Experience with cloud architecture for web app hosting and deployment (Azure, CI/CD pipelines)
* Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies
* Proven experience with software design and OOD methodologies
* Familiarity with Relational Databases and SQL

You will liaise and advise stakeholders on design and delivery standards, remaining hands-on with coding whilst mentoring others on the team to ensure high-quality outputs. As the business progresses, you'll be expected to support them with implementing new approaches, tools and frameworks to support the wider team, so having an adaptable mindset with passion for learning new tech is essential.
